Red Rooster / Blockbuster Development Richmond

A project initiated by a developer. The site was found together with two tenants who wanted to have a presence in the area.

The challenge was to make it work for both the developer and the tenants. Each tenant had their own standard corporate image. Their standard layouts had to be accommodated although changed slightly to fit on to a very tight site.

The result was a successful combination of two businesses with a colour scheme that suited both and a building design that stood out.
