New Residence - Richmond

This is a new residence that was designed for a very rare vacant block of land in a precinct of Richmond known as Cremorne. The brief was to design a modern house, simple, to suit a couple. The children had grown up and left home, an easy living house, low maintenance, with a touch of individuality. A sculptural effect derived from simplicity.
